You will experience the powerful transformation that occurs when you release conditioning not just from the mind but from the body. Talk therapy has so many benefits but many of my clients who have had years of talk therapy experience powerful shifts in just a few sessions.
My approach is rooted in the tools I learned studying the VITA Coaching Method at The Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. I use the latest coaching modalities backed by modern psychology and science to connect you to your core desires. The desire that lights you up from deep inside and motivates you to make lasting changes.
We will work powerfully with holistic tools that go deeper than talking. This allows my clients to really experience the wisdom of their bodies, release intimacy blocks that stop them from embracing their sexual energy and open up to ecstatic bliss and intimacy.
MY JOURNEY
My journey began with shame and shyness around sexuality and my body.
I saw my body and my DD breast as one huge sin and all I wanted to do was disconnect from my body to avoid my feelings, my sensuality and my aliveness for fear of being deemed emotional, slutty and someone who takes up too much space.
This shame permeated deep into my self worth and my confidence.
Underneath all the shame and suppression of my authentic self, I felt a deeper craving for intimacy but the fear of opening my heart won every single time.
On my path to healing and opening up my heart I learned that we cannot escape our pain, but we can transform through our pain.
My life transformed from black and white to living in vibrant colour and the same bliss awaits you.
The incredibly gentle and powerful practices that opened my heart and allowed me to release my conditioning are the same practices I will share with you for real and lasting healing.
