My journey to reconnecting to my body started with shame and shyness around anything to do with sensuality! I was super disconnected to my body and I only got around to addressing it seriously when this disconnection resulted in my admittance to hospital!

I got the message my body was sending me loud and clear. After diving into the holistic world of embodiment. I enrolled in a year long mentorship by the renowned holistic love, sex and relationship expert Layla Martin and I continue to support students enrolled in her VITA Coaching Certification.

Studying sensuality bought me into such a deep connection with my body and through doing the inner work I was able to feel safe to reconnect with my body and unleash deep acceptance and love for myself which I could then bring into my relationships.
